Our location was favourable and perfect to the Mexican restaurant next, loved it. Further, it was close to restaurants and downtown.

the bed was great
A/C was erratic and light flickered in the bathroom all night even though it was turned off-had to shut door to sleep. House keeping lady said that those who paid thru a service and not full price-did NOT get the better rooms. She apologized on behalf of the hotel.

Upon check in the lady was amazing! We were tired and she did great! Breakfast was amazing! Sausage on one day and crispy bacon on the next! Beds were nice and comfortable.
The room needed to be cleaned a little better. Cup marks on tables and 2 of the 3 lamps in the room didn't work. One of the lights on the sink mirror was also out. Just a little more attention to details would be great. The bathtub was not very clean. The mat on the tub floor lifted up but not all the way while showering which made me wonder what kind of stuff was growing under there! Yuck!

I reserved a room with 2 Queens for my mom (age 80) and me and we got 1 King. I thought that would be bad but the bed was comfortable and neither of us hog the bed or toss and turn so ok. Hot tub was relaxing too. Exercise room was great also. Had wireless internet so able to connect with family we were visiting.
The tub hot/cold controls...I Went all the way to hot and it was icy cold but the help staff showed me how to just put it on the middle setting and it was hot. Go figure that!

Room temperature was very hard to have a happy medium. We either froze or roasted.

good service but issues with room comfort
The staff demonstrated a amazing level of friendliness with their accommodating nature setting a positive tone for our stay. Upon experiencing some inconveniences, they generously offered a credit which reflected their commitment to customer satisfaction.
It was disappointing to find that the room comfort did not meet our expectations despite the wonderful service.

The location is excellent, close to outdoor fun like hiking trails and a winery. We appreciated the clean dining area and relaxed atmosphere after a long day of activities.
My kids wished the indoor pool was open without scheduling.

I did not eat bk there but I think that is a plus.
The room needs painting, and remodeling it looks old and used.

The place could've been cleaned better. There was hair on several of our "clean" towels. There was also a stale smell and the rain made it smell worse. During breakfast the lday working breakfast shut it down with people still in line. Someone made a waffle and came back get some sausage and she told them she was not cooking anything else because breakfast was over. I've never been to a hotel and experienced that type of service.
