good service but issues with room comfort

The staff demonstrated a remarkable level of friendliness during our visit with their accommodating nature setting a positive tone for our stay. Upon experiencing some inconveniences, they generously offered a credit which reflected their commitment to customer satisfaction.

It was disappointing to find that the room comfort did not meet our expectations despite the wonderful service.

I recently stayed here with a few colleagues and our families. The location is excellent, close to outdoor fun like hiking trails and a winery. We appreciated the clean dining area and relaxed atmosphere after a long day of activities.

My kids wished the indoor pool was open without scheduling. It would also be great if the elevators were functioning during our stay.

I enjoyed an excellent continental breakfast and was greeted by a friendly host, making my start to each day very pleasant. Being just a short walk from the Burleson Visitor Center allowed me to easily get information about local parks and landmarks, which enriched my stay.

I appreciated the strong air conditioning and the comfort of the King Suite. The breakfast selection was decent, and I enjoyed the microwave and fridge in my room. However, it didn't quite match the beautiful exterior shown in the photos.

The spacious suite offered such comfort, and the thoughtful decorations were truly delightful. I enjoyed the easy access to amenities, making it a nice experience for anyone, especially seniors like me who appreciate convenience.
